Affiliate and advertising disclosure

Last updated: November 3, 2026

Affiliate links

Our gear shop and some guides link to products on Amazon and other retailers. When you click one of these links and buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links carry the sponsored link attribute.

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

Advertising

We show ads through Google AdSense. Ads are selected by Google and its partners and are not endorsements by us.

Editorial independence

We choose what to write about based on what is useful to readers. We do not accept payment to change a conclusion. We do not claim to have personally tested every product listed in the shop; where we have hands-on experience we say so in the text. Always check the retailer page for current price, specifications and reviews.
